  • Are you licensed, insured and bonded?

    We are licensed, Insured and bonded. We have worker's compensation insurance, Full liability insurance to protect our clients and employees in the event of an injury or accident. 

  • What are your service areas? We service Maryland and Delaware.

    Delaware - Wilmington, Dover, Smyrna, Newark, New Castle, Bear, Hockessin, Delaware city, Claymont, Middletown, Townsend, Greenville, and more!


    Maryland - Galena, Cecilton, Warwick, Sassafras, Chesapeake City, Earlville, Elkton, North East, Fairhill, Perryville, Rising Sun, Harford County, Belair, Aberdeen, Havre de Grace, Edgewood, and more!


    If you do not fall within one of these areas and are needing a one-time cleaning, Please give us a call and we will go over the details of your home or office to see if we can accommodate your request based on travel time and scheduling. 

  • Accepted Payment methods?

    We accept Cash, Card, Cashier Checks. 

  • What should I do prior to the cleaners arriving?

    Please ensure all items are picked up off the floor, free of clutter - toys, clothing, Etc., Put away valuable items that could be damaged. 

  • Cancellation policy

    We ask that you call to reschedule within 48 hours, anything outside of that time frame you are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. To cancel/reschedule call 443-289-0573 if there is no answer please leave a message with your name, best call back number and your message. You can also email us at Gatewoodcleaningservice@gmail.com. 

  • Do you offer Different cleaning schedules?

    We do, we offer Daily, Weekly, Bi weekly, Every 3 weeks and Monthly.

  • Will I have the same cleaning person each time?

    We will do our best to have the same cleaner each time, however we do have cleaners that may be out of the office due to vacation, PTO time or illness.

  • Am I required to tip cleaners?

    You are not required to tip the cleaners, however it would be greatly appreciated,  if you think they did an excellent job. A good rule of thumb is 15-20% of your total bill for tip.

  • Want to leave a review?

    Gatewood's Cleaning Service would love your feedback. Post a review to our profile. 

  • Do you take pictures of the before and after when cleaning?

    We do take before and after pictures as we'd like to show the public our great work we perform. However, None of your personal information will be in the pictures or posted to the pictures. If you would not like us to post the pictures, please let us know and we will be sure to not post them.

  • Do we provide over the phone quotes?

    NO, WE DO NOT PROVIDE OVER THE PHONE ESTIMATES** IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A QUOTE AN ON SITE ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO UNDERSTAND THE CONDITION OF THE HOME AND THE CUSTOMERS SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CLEANING.
